Our Bespoke Invitation Service
It’s a fully personalized design experience, crafted by our studio to create unique pieces that complement your celebration down to the very last detail.
Depending on the set you choose, the process may take from one to several months, and can include everything from folded invitations and deluxe RSVP sets to save-the-dates, illustrated maps, menus, seating charts, welcome signs, thank-you cards, custom websites—and anything else you can imagine (or have pinned on Pinterest).
Each element is created with intention and reflects our studio’s distinctive aesthetic: artistic, curated, and deeply meaningful.
WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
We know every detail matters—that’s why we carefully guide each step of the process.
From the very first message to the moment you hold your invitations and complete stationery suite in your hands, our process is designed to support you, inspire you, and give you confidence in every decision.
Below, you’ll find how we work and what to expect at each stage.
1) First contact and inspiring mood boards
Once the project was confirmed, we created a WhatsApp group to stay in direct contact throughout the process.
From the start, we share an initial presentation with mood boards that include styles, color palettes, and possible invitation formats. This stage is key to begin exploring together which aesthetic best aligns with your vision.
If we already have some clues about their tastes, we orient our suggestions in that direction. If not, we send several very different options to determine which style best represents them.
2) Kick-off: first design meeting
We'll schedule a 30-minute video call to get to know each other and begin shaping your project. During this meeting, we discuss the mood boards we previously sent you, listen to your ideas and preferences, and explore styles, color palettes, invitation formats, and illustrations you'd like to include.
It's the first step in ensuring that every detail reflects your story and what you envision for that special day.
3) First proposals and base design
After the kick-off call, we begin working on the initial design proposals , which typically focus on the save-the-date or the main invitation, depending on what they have contracted.
We chose to start with this piece because it defines the overall style: color palette, fonts, illustrations , and compositions that will then be applied to the rest of the set.
We share initial proposals, and from there, the client gives us feedback. Up to three rounds of adjustments are made to ensure the final design fully represents them.
4) Completion of Design & Final Production
Once the design is approved, we assemble the full set and prepare the final files for print (if your service includes this option). If not, we deliver the final files digitally and the service is complete.
When printing is included, our team coordinates and supervises the entire process. We also handle the final assembly of the set and manage the complete shipment to you.
Please note that printing, envelopes, wax seals, and other finishing details are quoted separately and are not part of the initial design fee.
5) Final Delivery & Follow-Up

Once your invitation set and all design elements are ready and shipped, we ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
We reach out to confirm that you’re fully satisfied with the final result and that every detail meets your expectations. If any adjustments are needed, we coordinate a last round of corrections or clarifications.
Our goal is for each client to receive a product that not only fulfills our promise but exceeds expectations—supporting you down to the very last detail of your event.
